The T3 holistic development model was created to build upon the treasures your organization already possesses and to identify new areas of opportunity. What could you accomplish if you had more time and more resources? Once you enroll into our program your organization will begin your journey toward sustainability with the support and training your team needs. Everyone has something to contribute whether it is time, treasure or talent, the key is to tap into it effectively.

 

Are you a board member and want to do more, but unsure what that might be?

Are you an Executive Director and want to expand programs or services, but need more resources to do so? 

Are you a Director of Development and need more help raising money and acquiring resources? 

Are you a member of the staff and already feel overwhelmed by your role/position?

Are you a volunteer and don’t feel your talents and time are being used effectively?

Are you a donor (financial or in-kind) and feel the organization you give contributions to can do more with the donations you give them? 

 

To understand where you want to go, we need to understand where you are. That said, our Needs Assessment is a prerequisite for enrollment. Once the assessment is completed, we will work with you to determine which T3 program level is most appropriate for your organization.

 

Level 1

6 month program 

 

  • Review strategic plan (if applicable) to ensure fundraising and communications plans are in alignment 

  • Create organizational calendars, including activities with benchmarks

  • Attend Board meeting(s) face-to-face or conference call, as appropriate

  • 1 half-day workshop(s) for up to 8 people (customized per Needs Assessment results)

  • Implement Ambassador Strategy

  • Create a dynamic "Our Story" information session/presentation, with follow-up process

  • On-going monthly coaching for all team members

  • Support materials provided

Level 2 

12 month program

  • Review strategic plan (if applicable) to ensure fundraising and communications plans are in alignment 

  • Create organizational calendars, including activities with benchmarks

  • Attend Board meeting(s) face-to-face or conference call, as appropriate

  • 1 all-day or 2 half-day workshop(s) for up to 8 people (customized per Needs Assessment results)

  • Review current events to ensure they are mission-based and sustainable

  • On-going monthly coaching for all team members

Level 3

18 month program

  • Attend Board meeting(s) face-to-face or conference call, as appropriate

  • 1 all-day or 2 half-day workshop(s) for up to 8 people (customized per Needs Assessment results)
